Andrew M. Goldberg
Drew Goldberg is an associate in Fish & Richardson’s Silicon Valley office. Mr. Goldberg’s practice emphasizes patent litigation in the areas of electrical engineering and computer science, including semiconductor fabrication, microprocessor architecture, flash memory, software, and cellular communications.
Mr. Goldberg’s legal experience includes numerous matters in Federal courts across the country and before the United States International Trade Commission. He has also assisted clients with patent due diligence, patent prosecution, and other non-litigation patent analysis.
Mr. Goldberg was previously a summer associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldberg worked as an extern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications covering technologies that included cryptography and network security. Mr. Goldberg is a USPTO-registered patent attorney.
