Post-Grant for Practitioners: Depositions in Post-Grant Proceedings

Some call depositions in Patent Office proceedings the ultimate challenge in trial advocacy skill, the blind cross-examination. That is because in many cases there is not a prior fact-finding deposition to hone the questioning to only those questions for which the answer is known and helpful to the case.
