Join Fish at the PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference!

Fish Principal and Post-Grant Co-Chair Karl Renner (DC) will moderate a panel, and Principal Tom Rozylowicz (DC) will teach the PTAB Master Class, at this year’s PTAB Bar Association Annual Meeting, March 13-15, in Washington, DC.

The conference will bring together practitioners, in-house counsel, and members of the bench for a dynamic discussion of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) best practices, recent developments and trends, policy considerations, and much more. This session is for highly experienced PTAB trial practitioners and will focus on advanced topics such as replies to preliminary responses, discovery, motions to amend, motions for supplemental information, motions for joinder, and estoppel.

Concurrent Session 1- Claim Construction Final Rule: A New Complexity at the PTAB?

This session will address implementation of the claim construction final rule in PTAB trials, including recent Board decisions illustrating their impact and updated strategies before the Board.
