Federal Circuit Bar Association 2018 Bench & Bar Conference

Saturday, June 23rd, 2018

On Saturday, June 23, Fish principal Roger Denning will facilitate the panel “All Things PTAB.” As it turns five years of age, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has met the combined goals of “immediate stand up” and “immediate production of quality decisions.” Both a real-world laboratory and adjudicator, the PTAB, its judges, its support staff, and its practitioners improvise and systematize. Fish is a Leader’s Circle sponsor of the FCBA’s 2018 Annual Bench & Bar Conference in Coronado, CA.

Roger is a trial lawyer specializing in complex litigation and advises clients in inter partes review proceedings at the USPTO.
