Fish Wins First-Ever Full Reversal of IPR at Federal Circuit for Client Cutsforth

Fish won a precedent-setting victory for client Cutsforth, Inc., when the Federal Circuit reversed two Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings that had erroneously declared Cutsforth’s claims unpatentable. The Federal Circuit’s opinion in this case was the first-ever full reversal of an IPR decision of non-patentability.
