USPTO Hosting PTAB AIA Trial Roundtable Sessions in Select Major Cities April 15 – May 8
In addition, these four-hour roundtable sessions will provide a mock conference call that will cover motions to amend and motions for additional discovery. They will also provide a panel discussion to feature administrative patent judges and local practitioners as panelists, including Fish’s Dorothy Whelan (speaking in Chicago on April 22) and Fish’s Karl Renner (speaking in Detroit on April 24).
Dorothy Whelan and Karl Renner are co-chairs of Fish & Richardson’s Post-Grant Practice and host Fish’s monthly Post-Grant for Practitioners webinar series. Roundtables are free and open to all, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. No registration is required.
